AWS re:Invent is an annual conference hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). This event is one of the largest and most prominent cloud computing conferences, typically attracting tens of thousands of attendees, including developers, IT professionals, business leaders, and AWS customers.
We designed a booth skin and a series of essential visual assets for our HashiCorp's presence at AWS re:Invent. This includes social media images, printed materials, employee t-shirts, staff uniforms, and promotional merchandise. Our goal is to create a compelling and cohesive visual identity that will effectively represent our brand and capture the attention of event attendees at AWS re:Invent.
BOOTH STRUCTURE
Our booth is divided into five main sections, showcasing one of our four product solutions: infrastructure, security, networking, and application, we've also added a "learn and build" session. There is an activition area embeded to the booth, where has a special slot machine that complements the AWS re:Invent venue in Las Vegas.

STAFF UNIFORM & SWAG
We've also taken careful consideration of the uniforms our staff will be wearing. We've adopted a simple yet effective approach: employees responsible for a specific solution will be wearing T-shirts in the color associated with that solution. These T-shirts also feature prominent product logos on the back, making it easy for attendees to spot our experts in the crowd and know who to approach for knowledge about a particular product.
A unique swag item was created and given to our staff who participated in AWS re:Invent. The design features a dot pattern that replicates the visual effect of LED lights turning on and off. Thoughtful and customized swag items not only serve as tokens of appreciation but also contribute to building a sense of community and pride among the event staff.

As an exciting element, the logo of our products will dynamically scroll across the screen, creating an attention-grabbing display. This feature adds an extra layer of intrigue, inviting attendees to interact with our brand and learn more about our products in a fun and memorable way.
