HashiConf is HashiCorp’s annual flagship cloud conference where cloud experts, platform teams, thought leaders, and executives from around the world gather in person and online to share how the products in HashiCorp’s products help them provision, secure, connect, and run their business-critical applications.
We created a vision for HashiConf and designed all of the visual details to transform Gashouder Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam and tied everything all together.
THEME & CONCEPT
This year's HashiConf marks a significant milestone for our company, as it represents the first in-person event we've organized since the end of the pandemic.
In light of this momentous occasion, we decided to break away from our corporate identity by incorporating a plethora of vibrant gradients into our branding.
HashiCorp's corporate identity has typically been characterized by black, linear patterns, but this time, we've infused a burst of color, giving both our in-person attendees and our remote audience a refreshing visual experience. These dynamic gradients not only catch the eye but also symbolize the beginning of a new chapter for our company.

The appearance of our social media posts is elevated by introducing a highly streamlined user interface (UI). This innovation ensures that our social images maintain their clarity and impact even when viewed at a very small size, allowing readers to grasp the content at a glance.
We continued to embrace our visual theme at HashiConf Global, to ensure a sense of continuity within the event series. However, we added a new dimension by incorporating warm colors, emphasizing that HashiConf Global is a larger event compared to HashiConf EU. This strategic use of warm hues not only maintains the overall visual cohesion but also communicates the grandeur and significance of our global event.
